In the last 18 years, we have testified and prepared Expert Witness Reports for many disputed cases in Virginia, District of Columbia, West Virginia, and Delaware.

Our Expert Witness Services include:

  • Reviewing the court complaint and the answer to the complaint.
  • Collection and analysis of case information; Contractual Agreements, Architecture and Engineering plans, Government permits and inspections, project photos and videos, and email correspondence.
  • Field visit to the project site and evaluate existing conditions.
  • Analysis and evaluation of applicable building codes.
  • Prepare cost estimates as needed for the project.
  • Prepare Expert Evaluation Report to the court.
  • Attending all required depositions and court hearings.
